Submitting a DMCA Notice
To report a copyright infringement, please submit a formal DMCA notice to dmca@nytemplates.com. Your notice must include:
- A clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- A description of the infringing material and information sufficient to locate the material on our site.
- Contact information where we can reach you, including your address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement claiming that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf.
Our Commitment to Action
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, NY Templates will act swiftly to remove or disable access to the infringing material. We will also take steps to notify the user who posted the alleged infringing content, offering them an opportunity to submit a counter-notification. We believe in fair and transparent processes that protect all parties involved.
Submitting a Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was mistakenly identified as infringing, you may send a counter-notification to dmca@nytemplates.com. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your name, address, phone number, and physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which NY Templates may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
